III. Amendments and additions to the spatial plan of the municipality of Motovun - Montona, effective from 02.nd of November 2021., determine conditions and purpose of construction allowed in the construction area.
The building plot at Stancija is located in IN THE UNBUILDED CONSTRUCTION AREA OF THE SETTLEMENT.
