The total area of agricultural and construction land amounts to 53183m2.
The area of agricultural land amounts to 47611m2.
The area of the building land amounts to 5572m2.
Remark:
Building plot in size of 5572m2 is part of the entire plot of 17988m2 whose non-building part is in size of 12416m2. The parcel in question needs to be divided into parcels, i.e. the construction part must be cadastral separated from the agricultural part.
In this case, we can recommend a surveyor who is familiar with the land and has already made subdivision regulations on the same.
